Salutes Ramzan’s contribution in on-going freedom struggle
Srinagar, Dec 15 : Tehreek-e-Hurriyat (TeH) while condemning the detention of Secretary Dawat-u-Tableeg, Sheikh Mohammad Ramzan, said that since last six months police was chasing and trying to arrest him and during this period they raided his relatives, friends and harassed his family.
In a statement issued to KNS, Spokesman said that police in order to nab him, ransacked his house and belongings but Sheikh Mohammad Ramzan exhibited his commitment and determination and his spirits were not let down by callous approach of police and agencies.
Spokesman while hailing his contribution for on-going freedom movement said that Sheikh Mohammad Ramzan participated in peaceful processions and demonstrations and his all activities were peaceful. Spokesman while furnishing details said that he was arrested from the residence of Ab Rashid Dar from Gofabal Koimoooh.
Condemning the highhandedness of police, spokesman said that house owner Ab Rashid Dar and his son too were arrested by police although they are not involved in said matter.
Spokesman ridiculing and lamenting authorities for their callous approach said that ruling class is not following any ethics and it is a black slur on their so called ''Vision ''that they are pushing the state into an age of barbarism.
Meanwhile TeH has strongly condemned the arrest of the Bashir Ahmad Dar, Mudasir Ahmad Dar, Fayaz Ahmad Dar, Mohammad Maqbool Dar and Ashiq Ahmad Reshi of Marval Pulwama by the police headed by SHO Kakpora.
